Teaching and mentoring are important to our focus on the artist.  Cynthia spent two years at the Bergen County (NJ) Teen Arts Festival with "YouTube in a Cube," about web video creation from initial screenplay idea through post production. She has taught after school enrichment programs in drama throughout New Jersey and in Westchester, and in video production at Writers Circle Workshops.  Summers have found her at NYU Gallatin's Summer Theatre Institute, directing/developing the work of emerging playwrights and serving as lab Casting Director.
